Irulast was founded by Adam Weigold and Grant Cermak and incorporated in Delaware on June 1st, 2021. Irulast creates applications and web service offerings involving blockchain and web3 technologies as well as offering custom application and system development services.
The company is principally based in Minnesota and Wisconsin with 7 full time employees and 5 part time employees. Irulast is focused primarily on research and development activities implementing its core business plan.
